LEARNING FESTIVAL!

hurhur. today's a FUN and slack day. cos it's the LEARNING FESTIVAL! I'm so thankful for the occasion; it's like a temporary escape from the stress and deadlines we have to meet or maybe even a chance to get back on track. haha. ANYWAYS, congrats to 17 for getting the post as SAGE PRESIDENT, ELIZ as VICE PRESIDENT-cum-2nd music coordinator and our DEFENG for being the CHIEF music coordinator (:

The first session we attended was the 5 LANGUAGES OF LOVE. and I was amazed (amused) and surprised (taken aback) by Mr Toh's performance! haha damn funny; so unlike him in class.
and yeah after the talk, I feel that I should love everyone more - such as my sister, family, buddies, classmates, EVERYBODY! haha perhaps I could apply for the job of being a diplomat or just continue to be my SISTER CINDY and spread love to every corner of the world. (:
We did a test on our love language and my first was spending quality time, followed by physical touch (duh. i always pat people's heads and mess up their hair :D) and ACTS OF SERVICE both one count lower, words of affirmation and receiving gifts.
I guess I'm not really good with words; but I'M STILL OPEN FOR COUNSELLING SERVICE! 我为人人， 人人为我 - sounds familiar isn't it? Sisterhood - For the service of the world. [I sound like an ambassador LOL]

2nd course was HENNA DRAWING! kind of sad that eliz and joel couldn't enrol into the course with us but i was surprised to see our superheros there. So eugene, peizhi, kenbin, yiqi and I started drawing random pictures on each others' hands. and yiqi sure has artistic talent - look at the proof of drawings on our hands. ESPECIALLY KENBIN'S PACMAN PICTURE (he owns pacman!), it's terrific! and yiqi's monster (Domokun look-alike) on eugene's hand is UBER CUTE too! of course peizhi's hand is drawn with LOADS of random stuff like "I ♥ FOOD" and "ANYTHING LAH!" with the picture of that can drink LOL. I did half of an octopus on yiqi and it turned out rather cute! I think my hand is still the safest among all of us :D and eugene painted a henna design on mine that's quite nice, only the paint was uneven. BUT IT'S OKAY!

Of course the last course of the day was BASIC MALAY DANCE! the student facilitators were GREAT! and yeap, all our arms and shoulders are still aching from the NUMEROUS PUSH-UPS we did during PE yesterday; but it didnt really hinder our dance much. it was fun but we all got confused right at the first step but we still got it in the end.
I have to say that GEORGE is really pretty when he did that graceful steps LOL :D IT'S A COMPLIMENT OKAY.
yeah and we were quite successful in individual mastering of the first 2 segments. but until the partner dancing and the 3rd section got us blur as in where to turn and when to change hands, so we were dancing without a sense of direction and almost whacked each other. haha Eugene's very funny lah, looking like a lost teddy when both of us forgot the steps. hurhur.
