Smiling Hearts

hello angels!

Out of sheer boredom, I reactivated my facebook.
wahahaha *blows dust away!*
saw some photos that could be the next juicy gossips.
ahh facebook is such a complicated thing to use.
i'm not gonna care if someone pokes me on facebook.

i got nagged by my friend to update.
read this.

JESS THE SUPERGIRL says:
hey why you didn't update your blog after you started work!
it seems like you got eaten up by the little monsters and disappeared!!
WAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA.

hahaha so yeaps, here i am.
alright so random updates.

#1. George's birthday dinner @ Timbre

quite fun though i was rather displeased with the attitude of the waiters and waitresses there.
hahaha and the thin crust pizza is nice (:
GERMAN SAUSAGE!
for photos, see eliz's FB;
and you'll see defeng with his fruit PUNCH and tzetian's GOVERNOR'S SMILEEE.

#2. Outing with cec last tues to CCK

watched Benjamin Button.
not bad a story, but i feel that it's too slow at some redundant parts.
but Brad Pitt is an eye candy HOHOHO.
goodnight benjamin!
walked around for a short while and bought more t-shirts (:

#3. Dinner with the girls on friday

Intended to go Astons but the queue is gonna take like 4.5 hours to clear.
so we gave up in the end and went for Nihonmura downstairs.
had fun talking with them and playing with val's camera.

#4. NTU talk

rushed down to Suntec after Ching Ling's wedding.
i saw cec! :D:D:D
and many familiar people.
the talks were quite like lullaby.
one talk after another, i would still choose LMS.
my mom says that if my A's is really bad then she'll make me study engineering :(

hahaha had fun talking to CheeYae, Hia Jing and RuiJun.
we walked around window shopping while they looked at clothes.
about 1.5 hours, you see a very grouchy and super tired cindy.
hahah long hours shopping is really not my thing.

on my way back home, i was called to church for retreat.
i totally forgot abt it.
met up with M to go tgt and in the end both of us stoned till finale.
but we're listening okay. we didn't sleep! (amazingly)

hahaha this is such a meaningful Valentine's day.

#5. Work at Kindergarten

I really enjoyed my work though the little kids can be really HAVOC and hard to control sometimes.
some mischievous ones,
some really sweet ones,
some extremely cute ones,
some really well-behaved ones,
and some super jokers.

i had this random thought:
somehow guys who are called Alan are always cute and funny.
like the one in SR. wahahahah. :D
this super naughty boy in class has a really nice side of him sometimes.
like helping me keep the class settled down, and getting angry when the others bully me.
times like this i wish i could give him a halo!
but when he's naughty, you really feel like strangling him.
he likes to behave like his dad who is quite an ah beng.
and he's good at getting people to stand on his side and out-talking the teachers.
extremely high EQ and IQ.

then there's this pair of boys twin which are damn cute in class.
they look exactly alike, i always have a hard time differentiating them.
and they like to bluff me saying that they are the other one.
both of them always say: "I LOVE MY BROTHER!"
the younger one always likes to blabber nonsense,
or rather things that we don't quite understand.
like "today ah-gong come got pig run..."
and "gor gor boing boing me... power ranger come...."
you can see my face with a "huh??".
then the funnier part is the elder brother.

me: "issac (elder), is your brother saying nonsense?"
IS: "nonsense! (usually children like to copy your words)"
me: "can you ask your brother what is he saying? he must make sense of what he is saying, okay?"
IS: "don't care him lah! he always say like that one!"
me: "Issac, how can you say this? don't you love your brother a lot?"
IS: "(evil laughs) i don't know! he always very naughty at home."

i think it is the only difference between them - maturity.
so i always have to see if they are blabbering nonsense to tell them apart.

Kids don't respond to their own name sometimes.
and they are highly egoistic, believe me.
they are still in the process of learning to share.
for example, when friends want to share their snacks,
some will shake their head vigourously and say things like "Isabel one!".
when you call for them "Isabel! Isabel!",
they don't really respond much.
but when you say "ISABEL ONE!", she responds immediately.
LOL super funny right.
that was my first observation at work.

one last thing.
i met a little boy that makes me understand a lot.
only 4 years old with his hearing impaired,
he is a super happy boy, really.
always smiling and laughing (:
he loves Mr Happy a lot!
you should see his waterbottle, super cute!
i'm quite envious of him.

even at times when he falls down,
he will pat himself and say "sayang sayang",
stand up immediately and laugh at himself,
then happily joins in again.
he gives hugs to friends who are crying and to teachers,
and always gladly shares his snacks with teachers.
he gave me half of his only piece of chocolate biscuit when another kid bully me.
hahaha I HEART HEART HIM!

though sometimes he likes to run around on his own,
he will eventually come back and sit down nicely when you call for him.
his favourite handsign is 2 thumbs up and he'll say "GOOD GOOD!"
for everything, he'll say "GOOD GOOD!"
such a happy and sweet child,
he's my favourite boy(:
my number one angel.

my work has made me a happier person too,
with higher tolerance level and more patience,
and better temperament.
I'm thankful and i'm gonna love it more and more! (:
